“I am deeply honoured to have the opportunity to present at the 2024 DEMO International Conference and to share the incredible forestry work being led by our small but determined First Nations. This platform allows us to showcase how Tŝideldel First Nation and Tl’etinqox Government through Central Chilcotin Rehabilitation Ltd. (CCR) joint venture is making a significant impact on our traditional territories in British Columbia, and I hope our story inspires other First Nations to take bold steps in leading their own forestry initiatives,” said Guichon.
